Terms & Conditions

Production and Delivery

Production timelines begin only once final artwork approval has been received and required payment or deposit has cleared.

All turnaround and delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on production workload, supplier lead times, courier performance, material availability, external manufacturing schedules, and other factors.

Garden Route Sublimation works with external production partners, apparel manufacturers, and courier providers and therefore cannot guarantee exact completion or delivery dates.

Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, load shedding, material shortages, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation once production has commenced.

Apparel Orders and Lead Times

Apparel manufacturing timelines may vary depending on order quantity, garment complexity, fabric availability, and supplier capacity.

Estimated timelines:

• Small apparel runs: 14–21 business days
• Large or fully custom apparel orders: 4–6 weeks

Large-volume orders may require extended lead times due to external CMT scheduling and material sourcing.

All timelines are estimates only. Customers are encouraged to place time-sensitive orders well in advance.

Refund & Returns Policy

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once written approval and payment/deposit have been received. Production may begin immediately thereafter.

Cancellations Before Production

Orders cancelled before production may qualify for a partial refund. Deductible costs may include design fees, setup fees, administrative costs, supplier costs, and materials already purchased.

A cancellation fee of up to 25% may apply.

Cancellations After Production Begins

Once production, printing, or manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only considered if incorrect goods were supplied, items are defective, or products differ materially from approved artwork, or arrive damaged and reported within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for approved artwork, customer errors, change of mind, incorrect sizing approved by customer, or minor colour variations. Delays caused by third parties are also non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

Production Timelines

Small print orders: 5–10 business days
Apparel orders: 14–21 business days
Large apparel orders: 4–6 weeks
Signage: 7–14 business days
Bulk orders: 10–21 business days

Courier Delivery

After production, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for regional areas.

Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays, supplier delays, load shedding, weather conditions, or other external disruptions.
